3-year parts warranty (shipping included)

All custom-built PCs are covered by a 3-year parts warranty from the date of purchase. If any component fails under normal use within this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you — including free two-way shipping.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failure under normal operating conditions. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, liquid damage, or physical damage.

5-year free labor for repairs

For the first 5 years after purchase, all repair labor is completely free of charge. If your PC needs a fix, you will never pay for our time — only for any replacement parts required outside of the parts warranty window, if applicable. Please note that shipping costs for repairs after the 3-year parts warranty period are the customer's responsibility.
